Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to fill and ship your order as quickly as possible. Until we have our fleet of winged delivery unicorns ready to go, we will ship via USPS.
If you’re not satisfied with any of your LOUaBULL purchases, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (excluding your initial shipping charge). All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email your full name, shipping details, and tracking number to email@example.com at the time of return/exchange shipping. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the product is defective. If the item is defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org first to receive different shipping instructions. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. All returns will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee with the exception of items that were damaged when you received them. We will not accept return items that have been washed, printed on, damaged, or ripped.
